About North American Healthcare Management Services

Charles A. James, Ph.D. founded North American Healthcare Management Services in 1992 following the sale of a multi-specialty medical practice of which he served as President and was one of four owners.  During his administration of the practice, it grew from two physicians in one location to forty three full time physicians and several part-time physicians in nine locations. These clinics were among the first Certified Rural Health Clinics (RHC) in the state of Missouri. North American Healthcare Management Services began by providing RHC certification services to its clients.  As we demonstrated our knowledge of reimbursement and clinic management, clients began to request a wider array of services.  (Learn more about our Rural Health Clinic Services) We have since implemented our Physician Billing and Practice Management services in which we provide expert outsourcing solutions. We have developed our system into a state of the art, HIPAA compliant, Virtual Private Network which allow clients real-time system access, patient inquiry, and financial reporting.  We use our network to provide a full range of services, from comprehensive data entry to shared data entry depending on our client's needs.  Over the last ten years, North American has expanded it's services to all types of medical practices.
