North American Healthcare Management Services: Business Office Assessment

North American will review the clinic configuration and front office to optimize cash collections, accuracy and data integrity.  Work flow and job design will be assessed to determine areas which need improvement and areas which can be built upon.  Personnel interviews and observation will be conducted to determine compliance with job design, data retention, and work flow improvements.  Personnel FTE’s and performance will be compared to industry standards.  Recommendations will be transmitted in writing and personal presentations made where requested.
