These organizations qualify for grants under section 330 of the Public Health Service Act and are eligible for enhanced reimbursement from Medicare and Medicaid North American Healthcare Management Services is familiar with the inner workings of FQHCs and have tailored our programs to best assist them in the business of running a healthcare center. While these organizations meet all of the eligibility requirements of an organization that receives a PHS Section 330 grant, they do not receive grant funding.
